At The Luxe Range, we offer a 7-day change of mind returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the return conditions outlined below.

Please note that all our products go through a thorough quality control process before dispatch. Refunds cannot be accepted for nose rings due to hygiene reasons.

Additionally, items must be returned  unworn, must not be damaged, or altered in any way. These will not be eligible for a refund.

As all of our jewellery is handcrafted, there may be natural variations between stones, particularly with real and natural gemstones. These differences are a unique feature of our products and are not considered defects, so they cannot be a reason for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day window. Returned items must be in their original packaging and the customer will bear the cost of postage.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods before processing any refunds.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
