Do you have a store?

We are an online store based in Perth. We provide the best in Indian Jewellery from our Perth base and we deliver anywhere in Australia as well as worldwide. If you want to view our collections, we are always happy to video call/ WhatsApp and send videos to you. Occasionally, we feature at exhibitions and Indian events where you get to see our jewellery pieces in person. 

 

Do you sell bridal jewellery? 

Yes! We sell all types of bridal jewellery including Cubic Zirconia pieces that might work better with Western wedding dresses. Our collection of Indian bridal jewellery is huge, and if you require bespoke made to order pieces, please contact us so we can assist you with your dream wedding jewellery.

Our South Asian bridal jewellery is truly bespoke and we hold lower stock of such items due to the ever changing trends. If you are reading this and require bridal jewellery, the easiest thing to do is to contact us right away. 

Where do you deliver and what are your delivery times? 

We are pleased to announce that we deliver our jewellery globally. For some destinations, customs clearance can be slightly more trickier and it is your responsibility to check this before placing an order. The customer will bear the costs of any duty or taxes involved with an order from The Luxe Range. 

We will endeavour to dispatch items between 1- 2 working days. For delivery within Australia, please allow up to 8 working days for your item to be delivered. For deliveries outside of Australia, allow up to 20 working days. Deliveries to Canada may take up to 25 working days.

If you need an order by express post, please contact us so that we can look into other couriers and can quote you accordingly. 

 

Do you provide refunds?

We provide a 5 day refund policy on unworn, unused products in their original packaging. Please see our refund policy for more detail.

If your product is damaged due to shipping, we will endeavour to replace it and where we can't, we will provide a refund under Australian consumer law. The buyer is responsible for sending the items back to us in their original state before a refund is issued. Please contact us within two days of receiving the parcel if there is damage to the item.

 

What if I change my mind after an online order?

If you change your mind before we dispatch your item, we can refund you. However if your item has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please contact us if you change your mind. Some items may be non refundable.

 

How should I care for my luxe range jewellery?

Please keep your jewellery moisture free, and do not spray perfumes on your items. Store in a dry, non-toxic box to make your jewellery last longer. 

 

What is your jewellery made of?

Our collection is sourced from high quality manufacturers only and are mainly made using metals such as copper and brass. Some metals undergo the oxidisation process and some may contain mixed metals.  

We would advise anyone with a known allergy to artificial jewellery to refrain from purchasing items from us.
